A 45-minute session costs $39.99. A time is held briefly while checkout is completed. A confirmed appointment appears under Sessions. Do not submit a second payment when a confirmation is delayed; refresh first or contact support.
The person who booked receives an invite code. The other participant signs in with their own account, enters the code, and accepts the agreements independently. Participation must be voluntary.
Confirmed sessions receive a private Google Meet link. You may open the link before the appointment to test access, but the official paid session starts at the scheduled time. Use a private place, stable connection, updated device, and working microphone. Clients may not record sessions. Joseph may keep an owner-only audio reference only when all participants consent.
Clients may reschedule in the app until 2 hours before the start time. Within 2 hours, the $39.99 session is forfeited under the reschedule policy. Cancel at least 24 hours before the start for a full refund to the original payment method. A cancellation within 24 hours is generally nonrefundable except where required by law or approved for an emergency.
Luv Mediation by Joseph Souffrant provides practical relationship guidance and conflict-resolution conversation. Joseph is not acting as a licensed therapist, counselor, attorney, court mediator, medical provider, or crisis responder.
Open Profile → Delete account. First cancel any future appointment that you personally booked. The app deletes or anonymizes eligible records while retaining information that may be required for payment, fraud-prevention, tax, safety, or legal obligations.
